Sunday, Women's Health, etc.

Happy Sunday, my only rest day. I can feel my body getting more physically tired as my vacation date closes in. Being on full throttle for a straight year does cause so much strain on the body and even the mind.

I am so anxious to see my children in a few days. But, already I'm complaining about how short my trip will be. Nevertheless, I am looking forward to literally doing NOTHING for 2 weeks other than hugging my boys and spending time with them. I got a dose of separation anxiety this year more than ever! I wonder what other career men and women do in these situations? How do people really balance travel related work and family? I feel so guilty but how am I supposed to help support a college student and elementary student during this time of recession? I sure hope my children understand. I'm working really hard for a big family trip with my boys, hopefully next year, perhaps South America or Africa. Ethan would really love that.

By the way, since I set up shop at Salcedo Market, editors of Women's Health Magazine discovered my teas and decided to include us in the Holiday Gift Guide. I thought it was really smart the way they wrote the article. They were giving gift suggestions according to the character or persona of a woman. I'm so pleased to find that they recommended my teas for "Eco Warriors" aka folks who are organic lovers and care about healthy living. This is exactly who I develop my products for. Full stop. Well... and for the future of my children. I love you Ethan & Luis.
